Needles

My arm is acting up for the past week and it has really been bothering me for quite abit. I guess I overworked in the gym again. Oh dear.

Ah, so I guess maybe I can do something to ease the pain and one thing just struck: acupuncture!

I know for some people that stabbing yourself with needles is something ungodly and some would cringe with the sight of a syringe let alone four needles into your arm, and a solitary one in your shin.

But it was not as painful as it seems. I have done acupuncture in the past and I got to say it is a bizzare experience. When the needles make contact with your nerves underneath your skin, there seems to be like a surge of energy and I don't want to dramatise but the feeling of an electric surge comes into mind.

So there I was for 30 minutes with needles on my arm and I got to say, it brought some mobility back. Its no miracle cure and my shoulder hurts while I drive but it lets me stretch a little and I regain some strength on my left side.

Something you ought to try the next time you fall ill?
