Ginger tea


Ginger tea...yum. This seems to be my favourite drink lately. The spiciness of the ginger and its bold aroma really packs a punch. I use to make my own tea, but its more to ginger water than tea. (recipe: boil sliced ginger in water for 15 mins under slow fire).

My aunt found some dried ginger pieces sold at Bukit Tinggi couple of months back and is used as some tea drink. And I must say it really save me a great deal of time. Its also a good way of preventing the sniffles, as lately the weather seems pretty unpredictable. And it goes pretty well with Criminal Law (?)
